Upload the advertiser’s own music for TikTok image and carousel ads, classic or Smart+: an MP3 the advertiser holds the rights to, at least 2 seconds and 10 MB at most. Returns its music_id at media.id, to set as music_id (Smart+: music_info.music_id). Uploaded music also plays on Pangle, where library music is silent. Creates no ad. Local preview by default. No automatic retry; advertiser ownership is checked before applying.

`fileName`	string	Required	Name TikTok shows for this music in the account, 1 to 100 characters, separate from ad names.
`musicScene`	string	Optional	CAROUSEL_ADS (default) for image and carousel ads; CATALOG_CAROUSEL only for catalog carousels. One of: `CAROUSEL_ADS`, `CATALOG_CAROUSEL`.
`confirm`	boolean	Optional	Apply only when true. Default is a local preview without any TikTok call. Never retry an uncertain POST automatically.
