Contact
Write to a person,not to a form.
There is no form on this page because there is no queue behind one. The address below reaches the person who builds the gateway. Everything already published is listed further down, and it answers sooner than a reply can.
contact@getmcpads.comOne address, in English or in French. Support is one person, so no response time is promised here that could not be kept.
What to send
Four things worth an email, and what to put in each.
The first reply is only useful if the first message is. These are the details that turn a question into an answer instead of into a second question.
01
A security or vendor review
Ask for what your process needs. If the answer is published, the reply points at the page; if it is not, you get a straight yes or no rather than a document that avoids the question.
02
A source or a tool that is missing
Name the platform and the report you actually need, not the endpoint. The catalogue is what ships today, and a request is worth more than a feature vote.
03
Something that returned the wrong answer
Say which tool, which ad account, and roughly when. The tool name is the part that matters: it is the difference between a guess and a reproduction.
04
Billing
An invoice, a plan change you cannot make yourself, or a question about what a tool call counts as before you pay for a plan that assumes the wrong volume.
Published already
Answers that do notneed an email.
For a reader
- Tool catalogue
/toolsAll 185 tools across 6 sources, each with the description your assistant reads before it calls one. - Pricing
/pricingFour plans line by line, and what counts as a tool call. - Publisher
/aboutWho publishes Get MCP Ads, and how to check what the gateway does with your access. - Privacy policy
/privacyWhat is collected, why, and for how long it is kept. - Terms of use
/termsThe rules for using the gateway, and who you are contracting with.
For an agent
/llms.txtEntry point What the product is, what it reaches, and the two steps that require a human rather than an agent./llms-full.txtFull surface The long version, generated from the same data as this site, in one document./tools.mdCatalogue The tool list in Markdown./pricing.mdPlans The plans and their limits in Markdown.
Every one of these is generated from the same data as the pages beside it, so the two cannot drift apart. Authorising a platform and choosing which accounts are reachable still require a person, and /llms.txt says so under a heading of its own.
