What counts as one ad account?

One account on one platform: a Google Ads account, a Meta ad account, a TikTok advertiser, a Pinterest ad account, a GA4 property, a Search Console property. It counts from the moment you tick it in the dashboard, and un-ticking it frees the slot on the next call. Connecting a manager account that can reach forty of them still counts as nothing until you tick something.

What if I need one more account than my plan carries?

Accepted Answer

Add it for 10 EUR a month, or 8 EUR for a seat, without changing plan. Past a handful the next plan up costs less than the extras, and that is deliberate: an included account is always cheaper than an added one.

Do I need a card to try it?

Accepted Answer

Not for Free. It is permanent, it asks for no payment method at all, and it is where you stay if the answers do not convince you. Every paid plan opens with a 7-day trial, and that one does need a card, held by Stripe. It is charged when the trial ends and not before, so stopping on day six costs nothing.

When does my period start?

On the day you signed up, not on the first of the month. Sign up on the 28th and the period runs to the 28th of the following month. In practice it only decides anything on Free, which is the one plan that counts calls; every paid plan is unlimited.

Why not charge per call?

Accepted Answer

Because what this costs to run is the number of accounts we hold tokens for and keep refreshed, not the number of questions you ask about them. Charging per call also teaches a team to ask fewer questions, which is the opposite of what an assistant wired to your ad accounts is for.

Question 6

Can I change plan in the middle of a period?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in both directions. Nothing about your connections, your ticked accounts or your endpoint changes when the plan does. Moving down narrows what the gateway will answer for; moving up takes effect on the next call.
