Hermes, in the terminal
Terminal
hermes mcp add get-mcp-ads --url https://mcp.getmcpads.com/mcp --auth oauth
hermes mcp login get-mcp-ads

Set up in Hermes

Hermes adds remote MCP servers from its command line. Two commands add Get MCP Ads and sign you in through the browser.

1Connect

Add it from the terminal

Two commands, or the Hermes config file

  1. Add the server, then sign in from a fresh terminal.
    Terminal
hermes mcp add get-mcp-ads --url https://mcp.getmcpads.com/mcp --auth oauth
    hermes mcp login get-mcp-ads
  2. Start Hermes, or run /reload-mcp in a live session, and the tools appear in the registry.

Hermes can filter which tools it registers. With a long-running agent, pointing it at one source endpoint is usually simpler than filtering the shared one.

2Ask

Check the connection

Check the connection with a first question. Hermes then reaches your ticked accounts through Get MCP Ads.

Before the first answer, connect an ad platform in the dashboard and tick the accounts Hermes may read.Open Sources

One connector for the major ad platforms

Connect each platform once, with its own sign-in or API key. Hermes sees only the accounts you tick.

Hermes and OpenClaw

Both reach the same URL and the same ad accounts. They differ in how the server is added.

Security and pricing

  • Access

Hermes signs in through OAuth in the browser, so no API key goes into its config. It reaches only the ad accounts you tick, checked on every call.

  • Changes

Every change starts as a preview, and nothing applies until it is confirmed. An agent that runs on its own can confirm its own previews, so tick only the accounts it may change. On Free, no write tool is offered.

  • Pricing

The connection has no separate charge. Every plan includes every assistant and every platform: Free on 1 ad account, Pro from $39 a month after a 7-day trial for $0.

Questions

  • Run hermes mcp add get-mcp-ads --url https://mcp.getmcpads.com/mcp --auth oauth, then hermes mcp login get-mcp-ads from a new terminal, and approve the sign-in page in your browser. Start Hermes, or run /reload-mcp in a running session.
  • Yes. Add get-mcp-ads under mcp_servers in ~/.hermes/config.yaml, with the URL as url, then sign in with hermes mcp login get-mcp-ads.
  • One platform’s own URL, such as https://mcp.getmcpads.com/meta-ads/mcp, keeps the agent’s list of tools short. The shared URL reaches every platform you connected.
  • Yes. A preview is a pause only if the agent waits for a person. Tick only the accounts the agent may change, or keep it on a plan without writes.
  • Free costs nothing on 1 ad account, with no card. Pro is $39 and Team $99 a month, after a 7-day trial for $0. Every plan includes every platform and every assistant.
