By using Get MCP Ads, a service published by BENLY HLG, you accept the terms set out below.
The service
Get MCP Ads exposes your advertising accounts to an MCP-compatible assistant. You remain solely responsible for the accounts you connect and for the actions triggered from your assistant.
Reading and writing
- The Free plan is read-only. No write is possible on it, whichever tool is called.
- On paid plans, writes (pausing, budget caps, creation in a paused state) are prepared and then executed after confirmation. Always check what is proposed to you before you confirm.
Quotas
Each plan includes a number of advertising accounts and a number of seats. Beyond what the plan includes, each additional account or seat is billed monthly at the rate shown on the pricing page.
The Free plan also includes a number of tool calls per period. A period runs from the day the organisation signed up to the same day of the following month, not from the first of the calendar month. Paid plans have no call limit. A call refused because your plan does not allow it is not counted.
What we are not answerable for
The service depends on the APIs of Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft and Pinterest. An outage, a change or a restriction decided by those platforms may interrupt all or part of the service, without our liability being engaged.
An assistant's answers may contain errors of interpretation. Advertising decisions taken on the basis of those answers are your sole responsibility.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time; the effects are described in the privacy policy. We may suspend an account in the event of abusive use of the service or of a breach of the terms of a connected advertising platform.
