Create a TikTok audience from rules: website visitors of a pixel (PIXEL), people who engaged with ad groups (ENGAGEMENT), app, lead form, business account, shop or offline activity. TikTok builds it within 48 hours. Include it with audience_ids or exclude it with excluded_audience_ids on an ad group. Local preview by default. `ruleSpec`	object	Required	Native rule_spec: people matching an inclusion rule, minus those matching an exclusion rule.
`isAutoRefresh`	boolean	Optional	Refresh daily with the lookback window. TikTok default: true.
`retentionInDays`	integer	Optional	Fixed lifetime in days from creation, 1 to 365. Omitted: TikTok keeps the audience 365 days after its last use or change.
`identityId`	string	Optional	Required for ENGAGEMENT_ORGANIC_VIDEO and ENGAGEMENT_LIVE_VIDEO.
`identityType`	string	Optional	Required for ENGAGEMENT_ORGANIC_VIDEO and ENGAGEMENT_LIVE_VIDEO. One of: `TT_USER`, `BC_AUTH_TT`.
`identityAuthorizedBcId`	string	Optional	Business Center ID, required with BC_AUTH_TT.
`confirm`	boolean	Optional	Apply only when true. Default is a local preview without any TikTok call. Never retry an uncertain POST automatically.
