Create a website pixel in this advertiser (developer setup mode: events come from the site code). Returns pixel_id and pixel_code, the public code the site loads. Creates no event rule and installs no website code. TikTok recommends one pixel per website: read tiktok_get_pixels first and reuse an existing one. Expanded data sharing (automatic click and page metadata collection) starts on: turn it off with tiktok_update_pixel_settings before installing the code. Local preview by default. No automatic retry; advertiser ownership is checked before applying.
