Upload an unpublished photo to a Page the selected ad account promotes, from an HTTPS image URL or base64 bytes (up to 5 MiB), with a Page token from the connected user. Needs the Meta connection to include pages_manage_posts. Returns the photo_id used by canvas_photo in an Instant Experience; nothing is published on the Page. Local preview by default. No automatic retry. Account ownership is checked before Meta validation or mutation.

`bytesBase64`	string	Optional	Base64 JPEG or PNG bytes without a data-URL prefix. Maximum decoded size 5 MiB; omitted from preview output.
`confirm`	boolean	Optional	Apply only when true. Default is a local preview with no API mutation.
`validateOnly`	boolean	Optional	Ask Meta to validate, without creating or changing an object. Mutually exclusive with confirm.
