Create an Instant Experience (canvas) from existing element IDs, in order, on a Page the selected ad account promotes. publish:true publishes it so ads can use its canvas_link; a published experience can no longer be edited. Local preview by default. No automatic retry. Account ownership is checked before Meta validation or mutation.

`bodyElementIds`	array	Required	Element IDs from meta_create_instant_experience_element, in display order.
`backgroundColor`	string	Optional	Hex colour without #.
`publish`	boolean	Optional	publish.
`confirm`	boolean	Optional	Apply only when true. Default is a local preview with no API mutation.
`validateOnly`	boolean	Optional	Ask Meta to validate, without creating or changing an object. Mutually exclusive with confirm.
