Copy an existing campaign within the selected account, with its native objective, budget and bidding settings. Always PAUSED and WITHOUT its ad sets: copy each with meta_duplicate_adset into the returned copied_campaign_id. Rename it with meta_rename_campaign. Local preview by default. No automatic retry. Account ownership is checked before Meta validation or mutation.

`confirm`	boolean	Optional	Apply only when true. Default is a local preview with no API mutation.
`validateOnly`	boolean	Optional	Ask Meta to validate, without creating or changing an object. Mutually exclusive with confirm.
