Create one Instant Experience element (button, text, photo from an HTTPS URL, Page video, header, footer or carousel of earlier elements) on a Page the selected ad account promotes. Then list the element IDs in meta_create_instant_experience. Local preview by default. No automatic retry. Account ownership is checked before Meta validation or mutation.
