Add or remove people of an X customer list custom audience from normalized SHA-256 emails and phone numbers, in one batch of at most 2,500. X matches them in 6 to 8 hours and targets the list once it has at least 100 active matched people. Preview by default. Ask the user to approve the exact account, audience and counts before confirm:true.

`members`	array	Required	People of the list, one entry each, as normalized SHA-256 digests only. Never raw personal data. Previews count them without showing a digest.
`confirm`	boolean	Optional	False previews only; true applies this exact change after explicit human confirmation. Default: `false`.
