Add or remove people on an account-owned Microsoft customer list (CustomerList audience).

Add or remove people on an account-owned Microsoft customer list (CustomerList audience). Emails are normalized and SHA-256 hashed by the server; the preview and the answer carry counts, never the addresses. Microsoft accepts emails only. Customer data needs the Customer Match terms: accepted once in the Microsoft Advertising UI, or by acceptCustomerMatchTerms on behalf of the account owner who explicitly agreed. Preview by default; a list serves only once Microsoft matches at least 300 people.

`confirm`	boolean	Optional	False returns a local preview. True executes the specifically authorized change. Default: `false`.
