Change one Sponsored Products daily budget in profile currency. Can change spend on enabled campaigns. Preview binds the previous budget and state; confirmation refuses stale previews. Requires a paid plan.

`previewToken`	string	Optional	Token from this exact preview. Confirm only the change approved by the user; expires in ten minutes.
