Recipe
Keep the shared client fiche short and current
Review the shared client memory with the person: recheck stale lines, merge duplicates, turn checkable rules into enforced ones, and note the events that explain the period.
IntentA fiche the whole team trusts: true, dated, short enough to travel with every report.

When to use it
Use it when
- The fiche is flagged stale or full.
- Start of a quarter, a new brief, or a change of targets.
- Before a client review.
Do not use it when
- Personal preferences of the person: they belong in their assistant, not in a fiche the team shares.
What it needs first
No single source is required: this one reads across whatever you have connected.
Preconditions
- The account is ticked in the dashboard, confirmed via list_accounts.
Inputs
window- Analysis window.Default: last 30 days.
Procedure
In order. Every tool named is one the gateway ships, and links to its reference.
Read the fiche and the recent journal.
Recheck each stale line with the person, then correct or remove it; merge lines that say the same thing.
Turn rules the gateway can check (campaigns not to touch, a budget-increase cap) into enforced rules.
Note the events of the period that explain performance, with their dates.
Decision rules
The observable condition, what it lets you conclude, and what takes the conclusion back.
When
A target in the fiche disagrees with what the person says now
Conclude
Replace the line, dated; never keep two targets side by side.
When
The fiche is full
Conclude
Merge or drop before adding: a fiche that grows without limit stops being read.
Evidence every conclusion must carry
- Every line says one fact, in the person's words, with its date.
- Every enforced rule matches a sentence the person confirmed.
Where the agent stops
- The person confirms every fact before it is saved; the whole team will rely on it.
How it goes wrong quietly
The cases where the analysis is wrong and still looks right. Read them before trusting a number.
- Saving a guess as a fact: only what the person states, or what results prove, goes in the fiche.
What the answer contains
- 01Readout
- The figures, with windows and accounts named.
- 02Flags
- What deserves a deeper skill or a human decision.
