Create a TikTok customer file audience in this advertiser from the file_path values of tiktok_upload_audience_file. TikTok matches it within 48 hours; an ad group can use it once it is valid and large enough. Include it with audience_ids or exclude it with excluded_audience_ids on an ad group. Local preview by default. No automatic retry; advertiser ownership is checked before applying.

> **Warning** This tool changes the account. It is absent from the tool list on the Free plan, and it previews by default: without `confirm: true` it describes the change and applies nothing.

## Parameters

| `name` | string | Required | Exact audience name, 128 characters at most. |
| `filePaths` | array | Required | file_path values returned by tiktok_upload_audience_file for this same advertiser. |
| `calculateType` | string | Required | The calculateType returned with these files; every file must share it. One of: `EMAIL_SHA256`, `PHONE_SHA256`, `MULTIPLE_TYPES`. |
| `retentionInDays` | integer | Optional | Fixed lifetime in days from creation, 1 to 365. Omitted: TikTok keeps the audience 365 days after its last use or change. |
| `confirm` | boolean | Optional | Apply only when true. Default is a local preview without any TikTok call. Never retry an uncertain POST automatically. |
