Create a Pinterest customer list in the selected account from hashed emails and phone numbers, then turn it into a targetable audience with pinterest_create_audience (CUSTOMER_LIST). Pinterest matches it to Pinterest accounts and needs at least 100 of them to target. Preview by default. No automatic mutation retry.

> **Warning** This tool changes the account. It is absent from the tool list on the Free plan, and it previews by default: without `confirm: true` it describes the change and applies nothing.

## Parameters

| `adAccountId` | string | Required | Selected Pinterest advertiser account that will own it. |
| `name` | string | Required | Exact name. |
| `members` | array | Required | People of the list, one entry each, as normalized SHA-256 digests only. Never raw personal data. Previews count them without showing a digest. |
| `confirm` | boolean | Optional | Only true applies the displayed change. Omit for a local preview. |
