Read one page of native bulk outcomes (created/updated/validated/failed/skipped). Follow the last operation_id as after only when has_more. Partial failure never rolls back earlier operations; do not resubmit an uncertain job.

> **Note** Connect with the Ads Management API key from Ads Manager Settings, then select the verified advertising account. Native account permissions and feature eligibility apply.
