Seats are people in that organisation. Accounts are ad accounts, Search Console properties and GA4 properties you tick. Connecting a Google MCC or a Meta Business Manager lists what the token can reach and leaves every account unticked. The assistant never sees a client you did not tick. 1. Open your MCP client and add a remote MCP server. 2. Paste `https://mcp.getmcpads.com/mcp` as the server URL and confirm. 3. Approve the sign-in page. A strategist can stay on a seat that only needs reads. Free is the wrong plan for a desk that pauses campaigns: write tools are absent. Preview then confirm is the write path on paid plans. Campaigns are created paused. Untick a client when the retainer ends; the next call is refused. ## When is this the wrong agency tool? - The book is X Ads. We do not ship it. Use X's Ads MCP. - The book is Microsoft Advertising tools today. Use Microsoft's open-pilot MCP. Our OAuth exists; our tools do not. - Every client is Meta-only and you want Meta in the token path. Use mcp.facebook.com/ads. - You need Snap, Reddit or LinkedIn. This gateway does not ship them. - You wanted an agent to tick accounts. That step is human-only. ## Questions ### How many seats does Agency include? Whatever the Agency card says: 50 seats. Team is 15 seats. Free is 1 seat. Those strings are generated from the same plan table as /pricing, so this paragraph cannot invent a seat count. If a page elsewhere cites a different Agency seat number, the pricing page wins. ### Does one MCC connection expose every client to Claude? No. Connecting an MCC or a Business Manager does not expose the accounts under it. After OAuth, every account starts unticked. The gateway answers only for ticked IDs. The check runs server-side, including through run_tool. Untick when the client leaves. That is the ownable control for an agency desk. ### Can juniors write? Only on a paid plan, and only after a preview. Write tools are absent on Free. On paid plans, confirm set to true is required to apply a pause or a budget change. Claude may also ask its own approval. Give confirm to the people who already have Ads Manager access, not to a shared seat that reads Monday numbers. ### Do you include X Ads for clients who buy it? No. There is no X Ads source. Tell the client to use X's own Ads MCP if that is the job. Microsoft Advertising is soon here, with no tools; Microsoft's official MCP is a separate open pilot. Selling either as included on this URL would be a lie. ### Is Pipeboard better for agencies? Pipeboard's site names Snap, Reddit, per-platform URLs and 25 Agency slots when we fetched it. Seats in your organisation share the ticked set unless you split organisations. Do not put two competing clients on one organisation with both ticked and then hope the assistant keeps them straight.
